How Does it All Work?

If you decide to book with us, we'll plan, arrange & coordinate everything you need from the moment you touch down to the moment you leave your destination, and we'll support you, 24/7 as needed, before & during your travels. Read on to learn more.

1: You select your destination & travel dates

Define your adventure

Browse our website for inspiration and selet an itinerary you like, or send us Trip Enquiry to start planning a custom-tailored vacation completely your own.

2. We build your itinerary


Once we've taken a crack at what we think you'll like, you'll get a chance to look over a couple of options we present and tweak whichever one you like until it's perfect.

3. You pay a deposit

Confirm your booking

When you're happy with the itinerary proposed, we require a deposit to secure travel arrangements and bookings. You'll then get a booking confirmation and an outline of your itinerary.

4. We get to work

The magic begins

We get to work booking your accommodations, transportation, guided tours, domestic flights, and whatever else we might have up our sleeves.

5. You receive your booking package

Countdown time

Two weeks before your departure, we send you a comprehensive booking package full of goodies - maps, a full itinerary including departure times, some information about the country you'll be visiting, a suggested packing list and more.

6: You set off on the trip of a lifetime

Paradise awaits

While you're away, we're available at any time to make changes to your itinerary, or to help out if you have questions or run into an unexpected snag. You can fully relax, recharge, and enjoy your time away, knowing we've got your back whenever you need us.
