What does responsible travel look like?

Central to everything we do is the desire to effect positive change and enrich the lives of those we encounter along the way. We understand that every place we visit (and every place we send our guests) is someone's home, and we do what we can to ensure that each destination is left just as we found it, or even better. We make it easy for you to travel in a way that you know positively contributes to the people and places you go. In order to do that, we follow some guiding principles.

№ 1: Local Vendors

Whenever possible, we put money directly into the hands of the communities we visit, working with locally owned & operated vendors, and eating locally-produced food.

№ 2: We Vet Our Partners

The tour operators, hotels and partners we work with have strong sustainability practices and also give back to the communities they operate in.

№ 3: Fair Pay

We are careful to ensure that local staff and operators receive a fair rate for their services.

№ 4: Environmentally Conscious

We endeavor to ensure that our practices help in the environmental conservation of the areas we visit.

№ 5: We Help to Guide You

We provide our clients with advice and guidelines on how to respect the social, cultural and religious beliefs of local communities.

№ 6: We Give Back

We support regional community and conservation-focused charities.
