Cancellations & Refunds

ROAM Wild Travel Co. reserves the right to cancel tours prior to departure in the event that insufficient guests are confirmed, in which case, you will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts remitted to ROAM Wild Travel Co. In no event will we be responsible for any other amount, including preparation costs, travel documents, or any other losses or claimed damages.
All cancellations by you must be made in writing and sent to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If cancellation takes place earlier than 90 days (3 months) prior to trip departure date, all payments made will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 30 percent (30%). For cancellations made 59 - 90 days (8 to 12 weeks) prior to trip departure, 50% of payments made will be refunded. For cancellations made 60 days (8 weeks) or less prior to trip departure, 100 percent (100%) of the amount remitted to ROAM Wild Travel Co. will be forfeited.
If ROAM Wild Travel Co. is prevented (directly or indirectly) from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of act of God, strike, trade dispute, fire, breakdown, interruption of transport, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts or omissions of a third party, or for any other cause whatsoever outside of ROAM Wild Travel Co.'s reasonable control, we will be under no liability whatsoever to you and may, at our option, by written notice to you either cancel the tour or take any other action as specified in Section 3 of the Terms & Conditions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund, please wait 3 to 5 business days to contact us, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have waited five business days and have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
