    • Day 1: Managua to Granada - Arrival

After your arrival to Managua’s Augusto C. Sandino International Airport, you’ll be met by your driver and whisked away half an hour's drive to the south to the colonial city of Granada. Check into your spacious, luxuriously-appointed room at Hotel Plaza Colón for the evening and enjoy some well-deserved R&R after your travel day.

    • Day 2: Granada - Cruise the isletas; watch an active volcano light up the night

After a delicious breakfast, take a boat ride through the Granada Isletas for a taste of the distinctive flora and fauna that exists in this unique ecosystem or 365 small islets in Lake Nicaragua. Cruise through the largest freshwater lake in the Americas, enjoy the sights and the sounds of the rainforest, and revel in spectacular views of the ever-present Mombacho Volcano looming on the shore.

Return to your hotel in the afternoon to kick back poolside and catch some rays, or get out into the city and explore for the afternoon. Then, just before dark falls, head out to Masaya Volcano, one of the most active volcanoes in the world. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to see the bubbling fiery-red lava lake in the volcano’s crater.

    • Day 3: Granada - Fine coffee and zip line thrills

This morning you’ll ride to the verdant slopes of Mombacho Volcano, one of only two volcanoes in Nicaragua whose slopes are carpeted in mystical, swirling cloud forest. At the base of the volcano, spend your morning at Hacienda El Progreso, a working coffee farm home to Café Las Flores, one of Nicaragua’s most famous coffee exports. First, explore the cultivation and processing of the coffee crops. Then, after lunch, get your heart racing and enjoy spectacular jungle and valley views as you zip line through the rainforest canopy.

    • Day 4: Granada to San Juan Del Sur - Head south for the Emerald Coast

After a laid-back breakfast, you’re off to the enchanting Emerald Coast, where jungle meets sea. Settle into your luxury digs at Morgan's Rock Ecolodge, and acclimatize to the laid-back beachy vibe with a nap on your ocean-view deck or a dip in your private plunge pool. Dinner tonight will be unforgettable - dine by candlelight and enjoy a gourmet meal at your very own beachfront table for two.

    • Day 5: San Juan Del Sur - Catch a wave, or spend a day relaxing in the warm tropical sun

Enjoy the day at your leisure today – take a dip in the ocean, walk the private white-sand beach of Playa Ocotal, lounge in your private plunge pool, or relax in a hammock while gentle tropical breezes rustle the palm leaves overhead.

    • Day 6: San Juan Del Sur - Set sail to secret beaches

After a morning relaxing, take a sunset sail along the shores of the Pacific. Picture this: you’re gliding through crystal clear waters, a tropical drink in hand, to lush jungle and pristine beaches waiting to be explored. A pod of dolphins leads the way. Then, for the coup de grace, enjoy a spectacular ocean sunset on board before you arrive back to shore.

    • Day 7: San Juan del Sur to Managua - Bid farewell

On your final morning at Morgan's Rock, enjoy breakfast and spend some time on the beach before you depart on a two and a half hour journey up to Managua for the night.
